Tevi Business workshop – The Business Case for Sustainability

Tevi recently collaborated with Truro based Conscious Creatives to run a workshop focusing on the business case for sustainability. The one-day event, set within the beautiful Old Bakery Studios in Truro, offered SMEs a better understanding of the relationship between environmental sustainability and successful business growth. In this context, through a mix of theoretical and practical sessions, Mark Roberts of Conscious Creatives provided enterprise leaders with a toolkit designed to maximise the positive social impact of their work.
The enthusiasm and positive outcomes from the workshop demonstrate the collective potential of Cornish SMEs as ambassadors for environmental growth and the circular economy across the county. Participants spent much of the workshop identifying their key stakeholders and better understanding how to both empathise with their needs and values, and how to align these interactions with global sustainability best practice.
Tevi has worked with over 300 enterprises so far, many of which are set to lead on solving broader societal challenges, such as improving support for mental health and implementing climate emergency actions. Through the work of experts like Conscious Creatives, SMEs in Cornwall will soon have a roadmap for realising their social responsibility potential whilst at the same time thriving within the county’s growing economy.
