Introduction
We’re delighted to team up with Conscious Creatives, Truro-based marketing specialists with a wealth of experience supporting clients with strategies that promote environmental, social and financial growth.
In this workshop, designed to reflect the priorities of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, Conscious Creatives will take you through the business case for a triple bottom line (“3BL”) approach to operations.
Aims and agenda
The goal of the workshop is to help you better understand your enterprise through an enhanced understanding of the ever-changing priorities of consumers. The day’s sessions reflect this vital two-way connection between enterpises and their clients:
- Networking over refreshments
- Session 1: Mapping your stakeholders – who has influence over your business and why are they important?
- Session 2: Understanding your stakeholders and their ‘persona’ – what is important to them and why?
- Lunch and networking
- Session 3: Ideation – now that you know who your stakeholders are, and what is important to them, how do you engage with them and build a deeper relationship?
Deliverables
You’ll leave this workshop with a stakeholder map, a stakeholder persona sheet, and a ’10 big ideas for sustainability into profit’ report tailored to the needs of your enterprise.
