Cornwall Energy Recovery Center Visit

Join the Tevi team and local enterprises for a Suez-led tour of the Cornwall Energy Recovery Centre.
Groups that visit this facility will learn how Suez reduce and reuse waste, find out what can be made out of recycled materials and see for yourself how energy and aggregate material is generated through various processing stages at this energy recovery center.
Our visit will consist of a presentation about waste management in Cornwall, as well as a behind the scenes tour of the facility.
Who is this event for:
Enterprises looking to reduce their waste, organisations and individuals leading community waste-reduction initiatives and researchers exploring waste systems and the circular economy.
Important details:
- Arrival: Meet at the reception doors at 10.30am. Please leave sufficient time to park, etc., to ensure your prompt arrival.
- PPE and clothing: Hi-vis vests will be provided for the tour. Legs and arms must be covered at all times. Shorts, skirts or dresses are not permitted. Please wear sturdy and sensible footwear. Anyone failing to comply with the dress code will not be allowed on the tour.
- Parking: Please park in the overflow car park which is a 150 meter walk from the building. Please adhere to all speed restriction when driving onto the site.
- Accessibility: The tour involves a significant amount of walking and steps. If you have any accessibility questions or concerns please contact [email protected].
